Our corn and limestone get a lot of the hype, but the secret weapon of the world of Bourbon is located right in the former industrial heart of downtown Louisville at Vendome Copper and Brass Works. Featured at nearly every distillery in the state, Vendome and its copper stills and pieces are a venerated and cherished part of Bourbon’s past and present, and an integral part of its future. If you already have a broad understanding of Bourbon, treat yourself to a deep-dive into the beautiful technical artistry without which Bourbon wouldn’t ever be more than fancy grains and dreams. Safety glasses will be provided on site.
